CARE AND CLEANING
Basically, all three containers, the lids and the blade attachments can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
However, the cleaning salts and rinse aid can permanently damage the blades. Using the knife in
The dishwasher would suffer, as the blades are very sensitive to acidic foods and salty dishwasher
detergents. This would permanently attack you.
In addition, rust film, which can become detached from other metal parts in the dishwasher, can
accumulate on the knives and damage them. You should therefore carefully clean the blades with
warm water and a little mild detergent after use.
The polypropylene of the two small containers is a modern, high-quality and very hard-wearing
material that can be cleaned well even at high temperatures of up to 100 ° C.
ARE THE CONTAINERS AND BLADES DISHWASHER SAFE?
Cleaning in the dishwasher can cause stress cracks prematurely. We therefore recommend
cleaning by hand and not in the dishwasher.
The dishwashing detergent and the rinse aid cause a gradual degradation of the polymer, which is
associated with a reduction in mechanical strength.
The use of harsh cleaning agents and especially rinse aid can greatly reduce the number of cleaning
cycles, as unsuitable cleaning agents can severely impair the mechanical strength of the plastic. Too
high a dose of detergent or too high a concentration of alkalis can also cause cracks prematurely.
Always use a gentle cleaning agent and clean the containers by hand under running water with a
mild washing-up liquid. Rinse the containers thoroughly with clean water.
STORAGE
After use, keep the containers in a dry place. Do not close the containers with the lids, otherwise
odors may arise.
