ASSEMBLY STEPS

For further assembly instructions, see the end of the manual.

Remark:

Installation should be done by a minimum of two people due to the heavy weight of certain parts. A small

crane will also be necessary.

- Dig a pit of 3000x3000mm, 425mm deep.

- Place a 10cm (+/- 0.9m³) permeable foundation at the bottom of the excavated pit.

- Place a hexagonal concrete foundation of 15cm (+/-0.8m³) on top of the permeable foundation using

formwork. Centrally provide an opening for drainage. Allow the concrete to harden sufficiently before

proceeding with placement.

- Place the carousel in its entirety centrally on the concrete foundation using a crane. To do this, attach 4

straps or chains to the 4 eye bolts with D-shackles of the carousel.

- Replace the 4 eye bolts with D-shackles with the 4 flange head bolts provided. Save the 4 eye bolts with

D-shackles for later if the carousel needs to be removed.

- Then attach the carousel to the concrete foundation with 8x jack screws (not included) in the openings

provided.

- Check that the gap between the fixed and rotating part of the carousel, over the entire circumference of the

carousel is >3mm and <8mm, even when the carousel is rotated around. If not, perform the necessary

steps as described in the maintenance instructions.

- Seal the space around the carousel and provide a fall arresting surface suitable for a fall height of 1000mm

all around.
