2.4 Preparation of the dentist unit
2.4.1 Preparation of the handle and holder pad/ anti-
slip mat
Cleaning and disinfection of the handle and holder pad/
antislip mat (T table / S table)
▶ Press the push button and pull off the handle.
▶
Clean the handle under flowing water.
▶
Disinfect the white and grey handle by wiping or thermodisinfection (minor
discolouration may occur).
▶
Sterilise the holder pad and anti-slip mat by thermodisinfection.

(T table / S table)
CAUTION
Damage caused by sterilisation.
▶
Do not sterilise the white standard handle.
▶ Sterilise the holder pad/ anti-slip mat.
The grey handle ( Mat. no. 1.002.4489 ) can be sterilised (see symbol on the
handle).
