served, additional measures may be required, such as, e.g., changing the orienta‐
tion or using a different location for the DIAGNOcam 2170.

Recommended safe distance between portable and mobile HF
telecommunications equipment and the treatment unit
The DIAGNOcam 2170 is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment in
which the HF interference parameters are controlled. The customer or the user of
the DIAGNOcam 2170 can help prevent electromagnetic interference by main‐
taining the minimum distance between portable and mobile HF telecommunica‐
tions devices (transmitters) and the DIAGNOcam 2170 depending on the output
of the communication device as indicated below.

For transmitters whose maximum rated power is not in the above table, the rec‐
ommended safe distance d in meters (m) can be calculated using the equation for
the respective gap, where P is the maximum rated power of the transmitter in
Watts (W) according to the manufacturer's information.
NOTE 1: At 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2: These guidelines may not be applicable in every case. The spread of
electromagnetic waves is absorbed and reflected by buildings, objects and peo‐
ple.
