In s erting an SD Card
This camcorder comes with two S D card slots.
( S lot A and S lot B)

S DXC cards are not supported.
Preparation: Turn off the power.

Open the door.
2 .
In s ert an SD card with the notched corner fir s t.
3 .
Clo s e the door.

Selecting a card s lot
Press the A/B b utton.
●
Doing so switches b etween S lot A and S lot B.
●
When an S D card is inserted, the access lamp of the
selected slot lights up.
●
When data in the S D card is b eing accessed, the
access lamp b links.

Switching between Slot A and Slot B
automatically
S et [ S LOT AUTO S WITCHING] in the [CAMERA S ETTING S ]
menu to [ON]. ( A Page 65)
●
When the space on an S D card runs out during
recording in the shooting mode, data is automatically
recorded to the other
S D card.
●
When play b ack from an S D card ends in the play b ack
mode, play b ack from the other S D card starts
automatically.
●
When the Automatic S lot S witch feature is turned [ON],
an automatic slot switch icon appears on the screen.
Memo :
●
If the S D card to switch to cannot b e read, slot switching
will not b e performed.
●
When an S D card is inserted into the slot to switch to
during recording, slot switching will not b e performed as
the S D card cannot b e read. S top the recording first and
allow the S D card to b e read.

Removing the SD card
1 .
Open the door.
2 .
Make s ure the SD card to be removed i s not being
acce ss ed (acce ss lamp blinking).
3 .
Pu s h the SD card and remove it from the s lot.
4 .
Clo s e the door.
Caution :
●
Do not touch the metal part of the S D card when inserting
or removing the S D card.
