2.5 FOGO air heating stove cladding assembly steps
• Fogo cladding assembly
The various parts must be assembled using the special screws provided for correct fitting of the cladding. Make sure to follow the
instructions listed below, after carrying out the various connections
To facilitate carrying during installation, its is advisable to remove the parts

from the heating stove. The following
sequence takes into account that these parts have been removed.

Fit the frame to the Foghet, screwing the 4 M6 screws to
the special stop plates provided on the heating stove, and
remove the damper control knob

. At the same time,
adjust the feet under the frame.

Connect the hot air pipes for ducting to other rooms; or fix
two 22 cm long sections for higher recirculation of room
air, securing them with the pipe clamps at the bottom.

Assemble the side panels

-A,

-B screwing them to the
frame at the sides and to each other at the rear with 10 M6
screws; position the top
3
-C and secure it with the special
M6 screws, making sure the aluminium pipe sections are
fixed axially with the openings provided for delivery of air
in the room, if the exchange air is not ducted.

Fit the plate under the base of the glass door, securing
it with 3 self-tapping screws in the holes provided in the
base of the heating stove.

Position the left panel on the frame

, on the folds
provided, securing it with 3 M6 screws on the outside and
4 M6 screws on the opposite side.

Position the right panel on the frame

, on the folds
provided, securing it with 3 M6 screws on the outside and
4 M6 screws on the opposite side.

Fit the top front panel in the grooves provided on the side
panels (

).

Insert the pins of the bottom door supports in the holes
provided on the door itself (after unscrewing them from
the frame).

Fit the lower door, screwing the supports

to the frame

with the previously removed M6 screws; adjust the
supports so that the door is straight and opens correctly.

Insert the damper rod in the special hole provided inside
the top inspection door

. The rod can be reached
through the plumbing kit inspection door.

Connect and fix the electronic controller to the special
bracket on the inside of the inspection door.

Using the screws provided, adjust the upper surfaces of
the left

and right

panels and stick the top trim pieces
with silicone or a suitable adhesive. Then also stick the
top trim of the front panel

Place the adjustable grilles in the supports of the top
panel (
3
-C)

Fit the flue.

The Caldo Control and the burner fan must be connected
with Ø 80 mm pipes to the specially provided side collars,
fixing them with the clamps supplied.
The pipes must
not have any bends or be longer than 50 cm.

The exchange fan must be connected to the special
collar provided on the cladding (Ø 120 mm pipe); it is also
possible to remove the precut part in the left side (at the
bottom of the back), and extend the pipe up to a max.
length of 1.5 m.
