1.12 Fan removal

Steps to be carried out for removing and
cleaning the fan :

Disconnect the power by means of the
omnipolar switch

Remove the wood guard
3
Remove the two cast iron grates
4
Remove the fire bed

Remove the ash pan;

Remove the burn pot (undo the fixing
screw on the right side)
7
Remove the burn pot holder (undo 3 M6
screws and pull it out towards the right,
forcing a little because it is stuck with
silicone)

Remove the plate under the ash pan
after undoing the fixing screws (

The fan must be cleaned at least once a year: blow the rotor with compressed air to remove the dust and dirt that could unbalance it
causing noise and/or problems .
After removing these parts, the stove appears as in

Detach the fan electrical connections

Undo the two fan fixing screws with an 8mm wrench (

Remove the fan from the rear support (

Carefully clean the fan, blowing the blades with compressed air (attention: it can become unbalanced)

Refit the fan by tightening the two screws with the 8mm wrench

Reconnect the electrical cables, switch on and check that the fan works properly
(select Summer mode and activate the fan in manual)

Screw the plate under the ash pan

Seal the burn pot holder support with high temperature silicone and retighten the 3 M6 screws.

Refit the pellet burn pot, ash pan, fire bed, the two cast iron grates and the wood guard.
