Rosemary 2 sprigs

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Coarse salt 10 gr.
Sage 5 leaves
First, chop the coarse salt in a mixer together with the 2 peeled cloves of garlic and the
aromatic herbs: rosemary, sage, fresh oregano and bay leaf.
Take the whole chicken and place it in a baking dish.
Brush the surface of the chicken on both sides with extra virgin olive oil, then cover it
with the aromatic mixture, massaging with both hands to make it adhere well.
Season the inside of the chicken with the aromatic mince and pour a little extra virgin
olive oil on the bottom of the pan.
Place the pan inside the glass bowl (H) by positioning it on the low rack (M).
Cook at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, remove the pan and turn the chicken on the other side so that
cooking is uniform on both sides.
Roasted vegetables
Peel and clean the vegetables, cut into pieces of similar size.
Dry and put in a pot with 2 or 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add garlic, salt and
pepper. Put the lid on the pot, shake and shake vigorously. Put the vegetables on the
high wire rack (N).
Set the thermostat and cook for about 3045 minutes at 185 ”C.
The cooking time varies according to the size of the individual pieces and the quantity
of vegetables.
Baked potatoes
After peeling the potatoes (preferably use mediumsized ones) wash them carefully,
remove any defects and dry with a clean cloth.
Rub the potatoes with a little softened butter and sprinkle them with a little garlic, salt
and freshly ground black pepper.
Then wrap them in a sheet of aluminum foil, closing them inside, but without tightening
the packets too much and place them on the high rack (N).
Cook for about 3540 minutes at 200 ° C

Place the pan on the low rack (N) inside the bowl (H).
If you want a very moist cake with almost no crust, place aluminum foil as protection
over the cake pan.
You can remove the foil just before the cake is ready to allow the top to dry.

Put the mixture in a perforated pan or on a plate suitable for use in the oven and place
them on the low rack (M).
If you want a not too crunchy finish, cover with aluminum foil during the first part of
cooking.
