Use of the hob
The appliance features 4 cooking zones of
different diameter and power. Their position
is clearly indicated by circles and the heat
given off is defined by the markings on the
glass surface. The 4 cooking zones are of the
HIGH-LIGHT type and come on after a few
seconds of being activated. Heating intensity
can be adjusted by means of the knobs
located on the front panel from a minimum
to a maximum.
The cooking zones marked by two
concentric circles
and by a fish-
kettle
feature double heating either
within the inner circle or both circles.
Cooking hob control knob
Normal heating: using these knobs it is
possible to control the cooking zones of the
hob.
The burner controlled is indicated above
every knob.
The drawing to the left refers
to the knob of the the back left cooking
zone. Push and turn the knob to the right to
adjust the power of the burner from the
lowest to the highest. The adjustment is
progressive. To turn the burner off turn the
knob to O position.
Double heating, using these knobs it is
possible to control the double cooking
zones of the hob. The burner controlled is
indicated above every knob. The heating
within the smaller circle is adjusted in the
same way as a cooking zone with normal
heating. To activate heating in the outside
zone, turn the knob clockwise, lining up with

advisable to heat up the cooking
hob to its maximum temperature
for enough time so as to burn off
any possible oily manufacturing
residues, the smell of which could
otherwise be absorbed by the
food.
