USER’S MANUAL: INFLATABLE TUBES
Watersports can be safe and fun for all levels of enthusiasts. The User Manual is presented to enhance your enjoyment of the sport.
It is intended to alert you to some of the potential dangerous conditions that can arise in all watersports.
WATERSPORTS RESPONSIBILITY CODE
Be aware that there are risks in boating and Watersports that good judgment and personal awareness can help reduce.
To increase your enjoyment of Watersports, follow the ten elements of the Code.
IN WATERSPORTS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO:

ALWAYS
familiarize yourself with applicable laws, waterways, and inherent risks. •
ALWAYS
have a capable observer in addition to driver, and agreed on hand signals. •
ALWAYS
wear a properly fitted life jacket approved by your country’s
agency. •
ALWAYS
read user’s manual and inspect equipment before use. •
ALWAYS
ski and ride under control, at proper speeds, and within your limits. •
ALWAYS
turn ignition off when anyone is near watercraft power drive unit. •
ALWAYS
stay clear
of engine exhaust to avoid Carbon Monoxide poisoning. •
NEVER
“Platform Drag” or touch swim platform while the engine is running. •
NEVER
ski or ride near swimmers, shallow water, other boats, or obstacles. •
NEVER
operate watercraft, ski, or ride
under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
WARNING!
WATERSPORTS INVOLVE RISKS OF SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH. Follow all instructions and safety information below and in owner’s manual to reduce risks:
DRIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY. Tube cannot be controlled by rider!
Signal boat driver to stop or slow down if you are not comfortable!

ALWAYS WEAR A PROPERLY FITTED LIFE JACKET (PFD)
approved by your country’s agency, USCG Type III, ISO, etc.
•
NEVER EXCEED 20 MPH (32 km/h)
for adults,
15 mph (24 km/h)
for children.

NEVER
exceed skill level of the riders and use experienced boat driver.
•
NEVER
tow more than one tube at a time, or use tube as a personal flotation device.
•
NEVER
tow in shallow water or near shore, docks, pilings, swimmers, watercrafts or other obstacles.
•
ALWAYS ENSURE TOW ROPE IS CLEAR OF ALL BODY PARTS
prior to and during use.

NEVER
place any body part through handles, under cover, bladder, towing harness or tie rider to tube.
•
ALWAYS
have a person other than the driver as an observer to watch the rider.
•
NEVER
operate watercraft or ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•
NEVER MAKE SHARP TURNS
which may cause the tube to rapidly accelerate.
• Beware of submarining when towing at idle speed.
•
ALWAYS
supervise children while using this tube.
•
NEVER
allow riders’ bodies to collide. Towing at slower speeds, in calm water, and cautious driving will reduce injuries.
TO REDUCE YOUR RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH, FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES AND THE WATERSPORTS SAFETY CODE:
• Teach anyone using your tube how to attach it to the rope, how to ride it, and how to maintain it.
• If the tube is designed for more than one person, take extra precaution to avoid collisions.
• Use of the tube in wavy, rough, or choppy water may cause violent tube action and increase the risk of injury.
• Never attempt jumps or dangerous tricks with your tube.
• Know your own limits. Stop when you are tired. Act responsibly. Be in good physical condition and be cautious in your use of this or any other towable tube.
• Remove the tow rope from the product when not in use, do not leave the rope in the water where it could be damaged or caught by any part of the boat. Store them properly.
• Avoid CO poisoning! Never drag within 6 meters (20ft) behind a moving watercraft.
• To be used by swimmers only!
• Scout the area to avoid debris or obstacles that might be a safety hazard.
• Watercraft driver should avoid excessive speed or sharp turns which might cause the tube to flip over, resulting in serious injury to the rider.
• Use a safe speed that fits the age and physical ability of the rider or riders, that fits the water conditions, that fits the weight of riders, that enables the tube to plane.
• Most waters require Skier Down Flags. Check national or local rules.
• Always check the rope, handles and connections for frays, cuts, sharp edges, knots, and wear before usage. Discard rope if any of these conditions exists or if the rope is worn.
• Act responsible and be in good physical condition when using this product.
• Keep feet and hands out of the water.
• Never strap anyone to the tube or cover.
• Never begin a ride from any surface other than the water.
BUCKLES:
Inspect buckle before each use. Do not use if damaged. Follow underneath steps to attach the rope to the buckle.
Step 1:
Put the rope through the small hole in the middle of the buckle (if possible) Start from the bottom.
Step 2:
Put the rope back around the two prongs.
Step 3:
Make sure the rope is snug fit.
WEBBING TOWPOINT:
Inspect the webbing before each use. Do not use if damaged. Follow underneath steps to attach the rope to the webbing.
Step 1:
Put the rope through the webbing loop.
Step 2:
Put the rope through the rope loop.
Step 3:
Make sure the rope is snug fit.
HAZARDS
: Keep the boat and tube at least 55 meters (180ft) from all hazards, including shore, rocks, boats, docks, buoys and shallow water.
THE “WHIP”
: If the boat driver makes sharp turns (90-180 degrees) the tube will speed up much faster than the boat’s speed. “Wipping” is not recommended.
Please consider riders’ physical abilities and potential injury and/or death.
UNSAFE PRACTICES
: Never place wrists or feet trough handles or towing harness. Keep feet and hands out of the water. Never strap anyone to the tube or cover. Never wedge hands or feet under the cover or between cover and
tube. Never attempt jumps or tricks with the tube. Never begin a ride from any surface other than the water. Do not tow more than one tube at a time. Avoid excess speed and sharp turns that might cause the tube to flip over or
run onto a beach, ramp, dock, buoy or other hazard.
IMPORTANT:
The plastic Valve Cup may have become deformed during shipping. To return it to its original shape, simply expose it to direct sunlight for about 10-20 minutes. It will return to its original shape. Do not use electrical appliances or other
sources of heat.
CHILDREN:
Not for use by children under 6 years old. Children should never use this tube without adult supervision.
RIDER CAPACITY:
Do not exceed the recommended number of riders in any tube. Be extra cautious when using less than the maximum number of riders, or uneven distribution of persons or loads, as the characteristics of the tube might change
significantly.
QUICK RELEASE:
The use of a quick release is obligatory on a single rider tube. National or local rules shall be considered additionally.
DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the boat driver’s responsibility to instruct the riders how to ride the tube and to make sure that everyone is wearing a life vest. Riders should be instructed to help the tube plane by shifting their weight.
SPOTTER:
Every boat should have a spotter, a person aboard to watch the tube riders at all times, helps with the tow rope and basically attend to the rider(s) needs and safety. A spotter frees the driver to concentrate on driving only. The spotter alert
the boat driver when: rider(s) falls of the tube, need to alter speed, down or up, relay any pre-determined hand signals from the rider(s), alert the driver to any potential dangers from hazards or other boats.
INFLATION:
Proper inflation is the key to fully enjoying this product. Do not fully inflate your tube. The appearance of wrinkles in the vinyl does not necessarily mean that it’s under-inflated. Inflate to 95%, leaving room for the air to expand from the
heat of the sun. After proper inflation you should barely sink it when standing on the tube.
DO NOT OVER-INFLATE!
Over-inflation will void the warranty. To prevent serious damage of your product, remove some air and move to a shaded area when not
in use.
REPAIRS:
A vinyl repair patch is included. To repair a small puncture:
1) Clean the area around the puncture with a mild detergent.
2) Cut a round or oval patch from the material that’s 50% larger than the hole.
3) Position patch over hole, press down firmly on flat surface. Rub from the center outwards.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After use, clean by wiping it off or spraying with a hose. Never use harsh detergents to wash it. If you need more than water, use dish washing soap or Maintenance Solution. When used in salt or brackish water rinse thoroughly after each use.
STORAGE
Bright colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure.
THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
. To protect your Jobe product from ultraviolet rays of sunlight, store your product in a suitable bag when not in use. Store the completely
dry inflatable in a cool, dry area. Do not store in very cold temperatures, to avoid cracking.
TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Jobe Sports International product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties for obligations of Jobe Sports International, it’s distributors or retailers. For a period of two year from date of purchase, the pro-
duct is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased for. To obtain repair or replacement, attach your name, address,
phone number, desription of problem and proof of purchase (sales receipt) to your product and return the product to the retail store where the original purchase was made. The retail store must contact Jobe Sports International for settlement of the
warrenty. Jobe Sports International will , at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace at no charge any product which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship. Repaired or replaceditems are covered for the remainder of the original warranty
period.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Costs of return shipments to Jobe Sports International.
• Damage due to improper handling, improper maintenance, modification or improper storage.
• Normal wear and tear including scratches, nicks, handling dings or fading.
• Damages caused by modifications and/or use of equipment not provided with the purchase of the product.
• Damage caused by an accident, misuse or abuse. The validity of damage or any like situation reports are at the discretion of Jobe Sports International warranty personnel.
• Products used in commercial, rental, demo, or instruction programs.
• Towing this product at over 32km/h (20mph) voids the warranty.
• Failure caused by overinflation, tears, cuts, punctures or snags obtained during normal use, items for rental or hire and other uses not considered normal recreational uses, items involved in accidents or improper storage.

LIABILITY AND SUITABILITY OF USE
Activities involving the use of Jobe Sports International products assume the risk of bodily injury arising from those activities. Jobe Sports is not liable to the users of third parties for any incidental or consequential damages, including damages for
personal injury, beyond the responsibility Jobe Sports International assumes for replacement or repair of its products subject to the conditions set forth herein.
