This is a fine adjustment soft key used to increase series number of
frequency.

This is a fine adjustment soft key used to decrease series number of
frequency.

This is a coarse adjustment soft key used to decrease series number of
frequency.

Use soft keys or numeric keys to select or set frequency spot. When using
numeric keys to input the required frequency spot, the soft key displays the
available units (ENTERT,ESC). You can use unit soft key or [ENTER] to input
data.

Move the cursor to
FREQ
, the following soft keys will be displayed:

ON
Press this soft key to make the open/short/load correction data be
available.
◼
OFF
Press the soft key to make the open/short/load correction data be
unavailable.
◼
SPOT OPEN
Press this soft key to execute open correction at SPOT FREQ.
◼
SPOT SHORT
Press this soft key to execute short correction at SPOT FREQ.
◼
MEAS LOAD
Press this soft key to execute the load correction at SPOT FREQ.

Press the soft key
ON
, the original preset open/short/load correction
frequency is displayed on the frequency setting zone.

Use numeric keys to input the correction frequency. After pressing any
numeric key, the available unit keys (
Hz
,
kHz
) will be displayed on the soft
key zone and these soft keys can replace the
[TRG]
key to input correction
frequency. When the
[TRG]
key is used to input correction frequency, the
default unit is Hz.

Connect the test fixture to the test terminal.
7)
Make the test fixture be open.
8)
Press
SPOT OPEN
to perform open correction at the current set frequency.
The test result (G, B) of the open correction test will be displayed in
OPEN A
and
OPEN B
line.
9)
Make the test fixture be short.
10)
Press
SPOT SHORT
to perform short correction at preset frequency. The test
result (R, X) of the short correction will be displayed in
SHORT A
and
SHORT
