7.2 Arbour installation
The arbour is mounted to the machine spindle with the draw
bar and nut.
Use the following procedure to install the arbour.
Disconnect the machine from the power source (pull mains
plug).
Engage the spindle rotation lock.
Pull plunger and rotate 90° (Fig 8).

Remove all table insert rings.
Clean the arbour shank and spindle bore (T, Fig 9).

1) Install the arbour nut (N, Fig 10) to the machine spindle.
Keep approx. 2 turns (4mm) distance to the end of spindle
nose thread.

2) Place the arbour (A, Fig 11) into the spindle and thread
arbour onto the nut (N).
Slightly tighten the nut.

3) Place the draw bar (D, Fig 12&13) into the bottom of the
spindle and tighten it with the supplied spanner.
