3.Run SETUP.EXE from the hard disk to install Windows® 95.
4.Run USBSUPP.EXE (SR2.1) from the "PIIX4 DRV. for Win95
OSR 2.x" software diskette and follow the instructions.
5.Make a backup copy of USB.INF under the INF directory of your
Windows® 95. Then replace it with the file of the same name
provided on the "PIIX4 DRV. for Win95 OSR 2.x" software
diskette.

to restart the system.
15.Re-install the custom drivers provided by the hardware
manufacturer if needed.
