high capacity hard disks support this mode, that’s why
we recommend you use this mode. The HDD
AUTODETECTION option in the Main Menu will
automatically detect the parameters of your hard disk
and the mode supported.
LARGE Mode:
When the number of cylinders (CYLs) of the hard disk
exceeds 1024 and DOS is not able to support it, or if
your operating system does not support LBA mode,
you should select this mode.

FDD supporting 3 Mode:
3 Mode floppy disk drives (FDD) are 3 1/2” drives used in
Japanese computer systems. If you need to access data stored
in this kind of floppy, you must select this mode, and of course
you must have a 3 Mode floppy drive.

BIOS Features Setup Menu has already been set for maximum
operation. If you do not really understand each of the options in
this menu, we recommend you use default values.
