The cell panel is fixed to the cell body.

Used to secure the flowcell assembly in position to

(NOTE)
To attach the flowcell assembly to the detector, press the cell panel until the
cell body reaches to the bottom, then alternately tighten the lock screws to
secure the flowcell assembly.
