Cleaning The Standard Oven
RJGR48 Series
(continued)
5. The oven side liners can also be removed to
facilitate washing.(The oven racks and bottom pan
must be removed before this can be accomplished.)
Each liner is held in place by a hook located at the
bottom rear of the liner. To unhook, hold the liner
at the rear end of the rack guides and lift. Swing the
rear of the liner toward the middle of the oven, tilt
in and push toward the rear, then pull toward you to
remove.
6. Use hot soapy water or a commercial oven cleaner
to wash the liners. Follow the manufacturer's
instructions when using a commercial oven cleaner.
7. Heat can cause slight discoloration of the oven
interior. This can be removed with a mild abrasive
or a stainless steel cleaner. When using a powdered
cleanser, apply it with a damp sponge or cloth
according to the manufacturer’s directions. Rub the
cleanser lightly, as excessive scrubbing can damage
the finish. Rubbing in one direction will maintain
better aesthetics, since the use of some abrasive
cleaners will produce line marks. Rinse thoroughly
and wipe dry.
8. When reinstalling the oven side liners, make sure
they are both held correctly in place by the hooks
located on both side walls of the oven.
