ADVANCE 2000 Cleaning and storage
At the end of the work, put clean water into
the tank (50% of its capacity) and operate the
equipment until all the water is drained, with
the purpose of cleaning out the agricultural
chemical circuit. With the aid of a brush with
nylon bristles, clean out the suction filter as
well as the in line filters with clean water and
neutral detergent. These operations must be
carried out with the use of individual protec-
tion equipment – IPE (gloves, mask, etc.) and
in a location where there is no risk of con-
tamination of people, animals, water sourc-
es, residences, etc.
• Externally wash the machine with clean
water and carry out this cleaning in a lo-
cation where there is no risk of environ-
mental contamination.
• Damages to the paint work must be re-
paired so as to prevent corrosion.
• Do not store the machine in environments
where food and feed for humans or ani-
mals are stored to prevent contamination.
• Do not store the machine in environ-
ments where agricultural chemicals and
fertilizers are stored that could cause cor-
rosion on the machine.
• Do not let children or animals get close to
the equipment.
• Do not apply any solution to the plas-
tic or rubber parts, such as: tires, nozzle
holders, etc.
• Carry out all of the necessary mainte-
nance and repairs to keep the machine
perfectly prepared for its next usage.
• After cleaning it, store the machine in an
open, dry and ventilated location.
