Err: 21

During normal operation, the output voltage is missing, but the inverter is on.

1) If wire feeder is connected can be that the pow- er cable is interrupted or disconnected.

2) If wire feeder is connected the 14 pin intercon- necting cable should have contacts problem.

3) Connectors loose inside the machine or contacts oxidations.

Shut off and switch on the machine, if the alarm comes again, please ask to the Service Center.

Err: 22

At start up, the control

erratic current in the inverter.

1) Bad insertion of the connector in the Hall probe.

2) Inverter board with current transformer failure

3) Missing connection to one power transistor of the inverter.

4) Power transistor failure, need to be checked.

5) Main board T178 failure, need to be checked.

1) Connect it well.

2) Shut off and switch on the machine, if the alarm comes again, please ask to the Service Center.

Error in the output current readout, this current is not as expected.

1) Check the power connection to the wire feeder

2) Current probe disconnected

3) Wrong calibration of output current.

4) Failure of supply board or main board T178."
