2.6.11 Inductance
The inductance is use to adjust arc stiffness. When the current is small, the arc stiffness can be increased, which
can reduce arc breaking. When a large current, reduce the arc stiffness, can reduce the spatter (Inductance
range: -50~+50, the larger the number, the more hard the arc stiffness is).
2.6.12 Arc Length
Arc length range: -50~+50, the larger the number, the shorter the arc length.
2.6.13 Anti Sticking
Anti sticking shut off the machine when a short circuit stays for more than 0.3 sec.
2.6.14 Power Limit
When the arc becomes too long, the current slows down.
2.6.15 Hot Start
Add current to the welding current at striking of the arc in order to warm up the beginning of the welding. This
added current has a value designed by the proportion of AF.
Added current = I
welding current
× (AF%+1)
For example, welding current is 200A, AF set as 50, and then the added current is 100A. So the hot start current is
300A.
The hot start current slopes down to welding current with time that depends on the level of added current with a
proportion 200A every second.
So if the added current is 100A, the time becomes 0.5 sec. For 50A it becomes 0.25sec and so on.

AF has internal preset values that cannot be modi
