The wire feeder can receive 200 (

fi

 xed with adaptor) or 300 mm size wire spools. Refer to the above welding wire 

table, select proper diameter wire and welding roller. Make sure your wire spool is correctly and safely 

fi

 xed to the 

pinion than adjust the friction screw.
1) Fixes the wire spool to the roller in the direction that it could rotate clockwise. Match the driving rolls with your 

wire type and size.
2) Insert the wire into the driving rolls and push it till the machine euro connector. Lock the driving rolls properly.
3) Connect the torch to the machine euro connector.
4) Press the torch switch the rollers work normally and the machine starts wire inching at 2 m/min. After 5 sec, the 

front panel of wire feeder 

fl

 ashes as "inc". The machine stops wire inching.

Note

: Welding wire coming out of the current contact tube may hurt the hand, the eyes or the face.

The wire feeder needs timely maintenance. Please check the wire feeder as the list below.
