cleaning at commissioning
Remove the outer protective film by hand and thoroughly clean all the outside parts of the
appliance. At the end of the operations described for cleaning the outside parts, you must
thoroughly clean the cooking cavity.
Depending on the appliance, remove:
grills, trays, racks, burner cap or other objects if they can be removed from the cooking
cavity.
Use a standard sprayer to apply the liquid detergent on the whole surface of the cooking
cavity and, using a non-abrasive sponge, clean the entire surface thoroughly by hand.
When the operation is over, rinse the cooking cavity abundantly with tap water.
Have the liquid detergent and/or other impurities flow out through the specific drain hole
(only present in some models).
When these operations have been performed successfully, dry the cooking cavity carefully
using a non-abrasive cloth. If necessary, repeat the operations described above for a new
cleaning cycle.
Clean the removed parts as well (grills, trays, racks, burner cap or other objects removed
from the cooking cavity) using detergent and tap water. Dry the removed parts thoroughly.
When these operations are over, position the removed parts in their specific housings.
When putting these parts back, do not invert the position of the burners and
burner caps.
In order to eliminate all humidity residue on the electrical hotplates thus avoiding
quick wear, once routine cleaning has been finished, turn the appliance on and
then turn it back off after approximately 10'.
