Relevant command 

CAL:STAT    CAL:SAV 

CALibrate:VOLTage[:LEVel] 

This command is only used in calibration mode. It enters a calibration voltage 
value  that  you  obtain  by  reading  an  external  meter.  You  must  first  select  a 
calibration  level  (with  CALibrate:VOLTage:POINt)  for  the  value  being 
entered.These  constants  are  not  stored  in  nonvolatile  memory  until  they  are 
saved with CALibrate:SAVE.
