Chapter Five : Local Operation

Overview

IMC1300 Flow & Pressure Controller는 Control Mode가 [ Local ],
[ TTL ], [ RS232 ] 등 3가지가 있는데, 이 중에서 [ Local ] mode로 선택
하면 모든 Control 이 Front Panel을 통해서 이루어진다.
이것의 설정은 앞 장의 System Setup 에서 언급 했듯이, "Main Menu" ->
"System Setup" ' "Sys CTRL Mode" 로 순서대로 들어가면 설정 할 수 있다.

이 Chapter에서 다루는 주요 내용들은 아래와 같다.

- Channel Display 변환

- Flow Setting과 Flow On/Off

- 각 Channel별로 비율 Control할 수 있는 Ratio Control

- 적산 기능의 Accumulation

- Automatic Upstream Pressure Control
