(8) Power supply to logic circuit VCC and power supply to load cell VEX

The C-sized battery voltage is once raised to 5.5V by the DC/DC converter of IC6 S-8321AMMP
in the main board, and regulated to +5V in IC7 S-814AVC-BDO to supply the logic circuit power
VCC and the load cell power VEX with a stable 5V.
