 IWX Series (Overseas Use) Service Manual

Item 13. C9 Mode -- PCB inspection (A/D check, I/F check)

This mode is used for factory inspection.

y

Not used for maintenance service.

Operation

Display

1. Test Mode start-up

y

Press the [Display ON/OFF] key ON.

y

Keep pressing the [ZERO(+)] key while the all segments
are lighting.

2.

Press the [ZERO(+)] key ON for eight times, or the
[TARE(

)] key ON for once.

3.

Press the [SET] key ON.

Raw A/D data after span adjustment.

4.

Press the [SET] key ON.

A/D converter output value.

The lower 3 bits of the 24-bit output is not displayed for it
fluctuates too frequently to be read.

5.

Press the [ZERO(+)] key ON.

Used for drift check of the A/D circuit board.

Displays the check results. OK or Err.

6.

Press the [TARE(

)] key ON.

Connects to check all the check tools of the input/output
ports.

Displays the check results. OK or Err.

7.

Press the [COLUMN] key ON to return to the Test Mode.
