Aging Time

Settings that manage when the MAC Table will be cleared.

Aging Time interface

The following table describes the labels for the Aging Time screen.

Label

Description

Aging Time of MAC Table
Packets

Select the aging time as OFF, 150 sec, 300 sec, or 600 sec. When the
MAC table is not used within the aging time, the addresses in the
MAC table will then be cleared. The Default is 300secs.

Auto Flush MAC Table When
Link Down

Enable/disable the function. When enabled the MAC table will be
cleared when a link down occurs.

Apply

Click “

Apply

” to set the configurations.

Jumbo Frame

Enable/disable the Jumbo Frame function for all Ports. The Jumbo Frame option will allow
forwarding of frames up to 9022 Bytes (including the VLAN tag and CRC).
