1.5 Before Use
1.5.1 Hard Drive Assembly
Your unit might come with an installed hard drive. Before opening such an enclosure, please read
the warranty and any other notes from your vendor carefully, as this might void your warranty. Be
careful not to damage any cables or components during the installation.
1. Remove the vertical stand and the three screws located at the bottom of the device and
then slide the case off the body.
2. Install and connect the hard drive. Fasten the four screws from the side to hold the drive in
place.
3. Slide the body back into the casing. Fasten the three screws at the bottom of the device
and then mount the vertical stand.
Important
Always remove the power adapter from the main socket before you open the device!
