5.7 Inserting the lithium-ion batteries

– securing to the fire-protection module

Secure each lithium-ion battery to the fire-protection module using four screws (1).
Use an isolated torque wrench to tighten the screws to a tightening torque of 5.1 to
6.1 Nm.

Note down the serial numbers of the lithium-ion batteries. The serial numbers consist
of 16 digits and are located on the front of the lithium-ion batteries and on the
associated boxes.
•
Inform INTILION GmbH of the serial numbers; these are required for monitoring
purposes and for service support via the HOPPECKE cloud solution.
Start by inserting all lithium-ion batteries and screwing them in place before
carrying out any wiring work.
