Power On/Off Switch

The main power switch for the

THERMOSTREAM

Use to turn

the system on and off.

Emergency Off Button
(EMO)

A red, Emergency Off button (EMO) is located on the top of the
controller.

Pressing the EMO shuts down all power to the

THERMOSTREAM

and trips the Chiller’s power breaker (CB1)

to an off position.

To Reset the System after pressing the EMO:

Set the Chiller Power Switch to an on position

Re-start the machine.

Head Up/Down
Button

Located on the Thermal Head.

Press to toggle the head up and down.

NOTE

: the head will not move up or down if it has been locked

in the

Configure System

Screen

Purge Switch

Toggle to turn the purge air on and off.

Flow Control Valve

Located on the Chiller.

Controls the main air flow from 4 to 10 scfm.

To Increase air flow:

rotate clockwise.

To Decrease air flow:

rotate counter clockwise.

Power LED

Illuminates Green when the System is on.

Power Breaker (CB1)

The system’s main circuit breaker.

The breaker trips to an OFF position if the EMO button is pressed
and must be set to ON to restart the system.
