If the system is to be shipped to another location, repackage the system in the original shipping
carton, by reversing the order of unpacking.

NOTE

: Prior approval is required before shipping the system to a inTEST Thermal Solutions

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A TAG BE ATTACHED TO THE SYSTEM GIVING THE
SYSTEM OWNER'S NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, SYSTEM MODEL
AND SERIAL NUMBERS, AND THE REASON FOR RETURN.
