. Press the <Cursor right> key. A cursor appears under the first
digit in the displayed value.

. Use the <Menu> key to increment, and the <Enter> key to
decrement the number above the cursor. Use the <Cursor
right> and <Cursor left> keys to move the cursor between
digits.

. After setting all the digits, press the <Cursor right> while the
cursor is below the last digit. The cursor disappears from the
display panel.

. Press the <Enter> key to set the selected number of copies and
go on.

. The name of a file stored in the memory card is shown. You can
scroll in the list of files using the <Cursor right> key. When the
name of the desired file is displayed, press the <Enter> key. The
number of copies set in the “Print Pages Set.” menu (see 1–9
above) will be printed of the selected label.

. Press the <Menu> key repeatedly to return to the “Off Line”
menu.

If you use Tags/No TOF when printing
multiple-copy batches from a memory
card, you will have to press the <Pause>
key between each label.
