 Hardware Manual: Part Number 10554 Rev C., iQue Maintenance: Managing Plate Models

Calibrating a Plate Model: Gen 1 Probe Assembly

1.

 Click

 Device > Manage Plate Models

.

2.

  Highlight the Plate Model to be calibrated and click 

Calibrate

.

 

3.

  This will bring up the Plate Model Calibration wizard. Follow the wizard instructions carefully.

4.

  Place the plate being calibrated on the deck and click 

Next

.

5.

  Use the Vertical Movement controls to lower the probe to the proper sampling depth. The recommended 

sampling depth is as close to the bottom of the well as possible without touching. 

6.

 Click 

Finish

 to save the new well depth offset.
