17. PROBE COOKING (MEAT PROBE)
Ideal
for
sensitive
cooking
operation.
The
cabinet
temperature is set and the food is
cooked at constant temperature.
Regardless of the time, it
measures the temperature in the
food. Once the set temperature is
reached,
the
cooking
is
automatically completed.
STARTING
Meat probe starts to operate
independently from the time
when selections seen on the
screen (temperature, time, fan
speed, etc.) are made and start
button is pressed.
Selections to be made on this
screen are as given below:

1 and 6 for each phase.

(combi-banquette):

can be adjusted between 10% and
90%.

Manual humidity can be
supplied in the cabin at requested
level.
