7.
Remove any foreign bodies and coarse soiling from the base tray
by hand.
8.
Dry the base tray completely using paper towels.
9.
Carefully place the table on its rotary axis. When doing so, align
the rotary axis so that the threaded holes on the table are posi-
tioned directly over the holes on the rotary axis.
10.
Insert the hexagonal socket screws and tighten them crosswise
using the Allen key.
INFORMATION
If any of the hexagonal socket screws are lost or damaged, make
sure that they are always replaced using original screws (M5x16,
hexagonal socket).
8.2.2
Disinfection
Only use quaternary ammonium compounds for wipe-down disinfec-
tion. As a tried as tested disinfectant, we recommend Fermacidal D2.
ATTENTION
Heat (temperatures above 80 °C), aggressive disinfectants such as
chlorine bleach and UVC radiation can damage the device and sig-
nificantly limit the function and useful life of the machine.
We recommend against using UV lamps for disinfection of the de-
vice because the UV rays can massively damage the plastic casing
in case of multiple applications.
For information about the procedure for disinfection underneath the
table, in particular removing and mounting the table, see chapter
8.2.1 "Cleaning", page 93.
