Event Terms

First element of term can be (, a space, or an Event code .

Action Terms

Up to five action codes make up the action terms. Each code will be followed by a 
numeric if it is required. There are no connectors passed with the actions, as all 
actions are anded together.

The logic statement ends with a 0x03 (ETX).
