t is possible to install two types o
f
heating elements
according to the appliance model
:
halogen and
radiant elements
.
H
alogen elements emit heat via radiation

rom the
halogen lamps they contain
.

hey have similar properties to gas burners

they are
easy to control and reach set temperatures

uickly,
allowing you to see the power used

adiant elements consist o

coils which
allow heat to be distributed evenly at the base o

cookware, so that all slow

ormed success

or reheated dishes

the cookware is
always clean and dry, in order to

Avoid using the same cookware which has been
used on gas burners
:
the heat concentration on
gas burners may distort the base o
f
the pan,
causing it not to adhere correctly
.
Never leave a cooking zone on without cookware
placed on it because it heats up and rapidly
reaches the ma
x
imum level, which could damage
the heating elements
.
