Key:
1 - Gas valve inlet pressure point
2 - Gas valve outlet pressure point
3 - Off/Set adjustment screw
12 - Outlet gas flow rate regulator
Calibration of the minimum CO
2
.
- after having carried out maximum CO
2
adjustment, switch
the boiler on and make it function at minimum input by
pressing the
"MODE"
and
"-"
keys simultaneously for two
seconds. In this way the boiler is forced to minimum and
"L"
appears on the display followed by a 2-figure number
indicating the temperature of the primary circuit;
- withdraw the combustion products by inserting the analyser
probe fully home;
- check whether the value of carbon dioxide (CO
2
) is within
the limits indicated in the table regarding the minimum heat
output
(see table above)
;
-
if the values are incorrect
, restore them to the limits by
turning the gas valve’s offset adjustment screw (3).
By turning the screw clockwise the CO
2
value increases while
it decreases by turning the screw counter clockwise.
Gas transformation.
The adaptation to the type of gas different to that for which
the boilers are prepared as per standard is performed using the
relevant kit
(methane or LPG)
.
The transformation consists in the replacement of the burner
nozzles positioned in correspondence with the inlet of the
Venturi pipe and adjustment of the maximum and minimum
heat output by setting parameter N°22 "Max number of fan
rpm in CH mode" and parameter N°26 "Min. number of
fan rpm in CH mode"
(see nominal and minimum heat output
regulation)
.
Finally, check the carbon dioxide value (CO
2
) at maximum
and minimum power output,
which must be corrected if
necessary by regulating the off-set signal
(see air-gas ration
regulation)
.
