If the fault occurred during a measurement the error message is
displayed initially without the “Confirm“ button.
After this the calorimeter is opened automatically. Once the calori-
meter is open and emptied the error message is displayed once
again, this time with the “Confirm“ button.
In certain exceptional cases the fault may prevent the calorimeter
being available for measurements.
In such cases the calorimeter initiates a system test directly the
“Confirm“ button is clicked. After you have taken the actions de-
scribed in the Help or in the operating instructions, click on the
“Restart“ button to start the system test. On successful completion
of the system test the IKA
®
C 3000 isoperibol is again available for
measurements.
Troubleshooting
In the event of a fault you will see an error message in the infor-
mation field. This appears automatically.
You can click on the “Help“ button to obtain detailed information
on the fault.
If the fault is non-critical you can click on the “Confirm“ button.
After that you can rectify the cause of the fault and repeat the
action that led to the fault.
