®
C 200.RC filling adapter supplies the C 200 calorimeter
automatically and continuously with medium (water).
With the RC 2 or KV 600 condenser, you have the option of pum-
ping water at a constant temperature into the tank of the C 200.
Manually filling with medium at a constant temperature before the
measurement is not required.
Unpacking
Unpacking
•
Please unpack the device carefully.
•
In case of any damage, a detailed report must be sent im-
mediately (post, rail or forwarder).
Delivery scope
•

Assembly
•
Remove the tank filler on the C 200.
•
Press the C 200.RC filling adapter in the tank; the input/out-
put nipple shows the back of the device.
•
Insert the connection line, intake side (Fig. 2, (10)) with the
quick plug coupling (Fig. 2, (3)) onto the input nipple (Fig. 1,
(2)). The coupling engages.
•
Screw the other end of the connection line, intake side (Fig.
2, (12)) hand-tight to the condenser connection ((IN), intake
side). Shorten the hose, if necessary.
•
Insert the connection line, pressure side (Fig. 2, (11)) with the
quick plug coupling (Fig. 2, (5)) onto the input nipple (Fig. 1,
(1)). The coupling engages.
•
Screw the other end of the connection line, pressure side (Fig.
2, (12)) hand-tight to the condenser connection ((OUT), pres-
sure side). Shorten the hose, if necessary.
•
Insert the plastic coupling (Fig. 2, (7)) into the C 200 (Stan-
dard OUT).
•
Secure the hoses in place using the supplied hose holder. The
hose holder should be installed 30 mm from the edge of the
housing, so that the hoses do not disrupt the area of the
cover. To do this, remove the film from the adhesive side and
secure the hose holder on top of the C 200. Insert the mag-
nets into the recess and secure the hoses.

Please read the instruction manual of the conden-
ser and the C 200 calorimeter in full before use
and follow the safety instructions.
•
Keep the operating instructions in a place where they can be
accessed by everyone.
•
Ensure that only trained staff work with the appliance.
•
Follow the safety instructions, guidelines, occupational health
and safety and accident prevention regulations.
•
Ensure that the connection lines are connected correctly..
•
The condenser used (RC 2 or KV 600) must have an active
intake side.
•
Remove the device from the mains before assembly/disas-
sembly.
•
Before use, check the hose system between the devices for
leaks.
•
Secure the hoses using the supplied hose anchoring (mag-
net). Do not bend the hoses
•
Check hoses, tubes and bath at regular intervals for possible
material fatigue (cracks/leaks).
