Unscrew the two screws found on SCSI/COM port and remove the flat
cables.

Detach the central case fans:
Unfasten the four screws as shown below:

Detach the chassis side fans:
a.
Unfasten all screws and remove the fans located on both sides of the
chassis. Please remember to reconnect the ground lines after you
installed fans back in place.
b.
Loosen the two screws to take fan off.
