Remove the top cover:
To take off top cover, loosen the three screws as shown in the picture below
and push it backward.

Detach the CPU heat sink:
Unfasten the screws circled in red and then unplug power connector to
remove CPU heat sink.
5.
Take out the CPU and SDRAM:

SDRAM:
ties on SDRAM, open the side latches and remove SDRAM.
