If laminator or flipper is installed, you can setup laminator or flipper setting value

by “Laminator” tab or “Flipper” tab.

Firmware version, serial number of printer and serial number, resister & type of

print head.

It shows exaggeratingly for user convenience.

Please set it properly to print on an entire card because SMART – 81 is retransfer
type card printer. When you check

and black spaces are 0.4mm ~ 0.5mm in the top and the bottom of a card. Please

set values by following order.

X: Print Position:

Please set right and left properly by adjusting X position.

Please set the start position of printed with adjust value.

Y: Print Scale:

Please set to show circles in the bottom

Y: RT Position:

Please set the top and bottom position with adjust value

Y: Front RT Length:

Ensure the end of image is printed and film does not leave

a mark on film when retransferring with adjust value. (adjustment value

when printing one side)

Y: Back RT Length:

Ensure the end of image is printed and film does not leave

a mark on film when retransferring with adjust value. (adjustment value of

back side when printing both side)

SMART-81 enables to set different density for each color, resin black and

overlay. Please set each density for high quality and optimize the quality by
adjusting each value. Insert the color ribbon(YMCK) and click
