Insert the selected blank into the holder in the
milling machine. The high/thick side of the blank
must face the inward.

Inserting a blank

Fasten the blank using four screws and washers.

▷

Tighten the screws with the Allen key provided.

Fig. 8

Tightening a blank

▷

Shut the door of the milling machine.

▷

Switch the milling machine on via the main
switch.

▷

Switch the PC on.

▷

Start the milling machine software.
When the software is started, a machine initiali-
sation takes place.

If the milling machine is not detected:

▷

Restart the PC.

NOTE:

Do not damage the blank!

▷

Do not overtighten the screws! Avoid mechan-
ical stress!

After re-positioning the milling machine, it
is necessary to check the system axes.

▷

For this, observe the instructions for
milling the test bodies.
