8-16-2 Sketch-on-Image
Users can add sketched notes directly to images as follows:
1.
Capture an image.
2. Press the Review button to open the image gallery.
3. Press-and-hold on the screen; then, drag up or down to scroll through the
image gallery. Locate a video by tapping the Videos icon at the bottom of
the screen.
4. Tap on media to open it in the Review Area.
5. Tap the flag icon. A drop down will appear.
6. Tap the pencil icon to open the Graffiti Area.
7. Tap on a color to define pen color.
8. Write on the screen using any finger. Tap the undo icon to undo notes. Tap
redo to replace notes. Tap the eraser to get delete specific notes. Tap the
trash can icon to erase all notes.
9. Tap Done to save notes and exit the Graffiti Area.
10. Press the Back button repeatedly to exit the gallery.
8-16 Annotations
8-16-1 Voice Annotations
Voice annotations can be up to 60 seconds in length. Add annotations to an
image as follows:
1.
Capture an image.
2. Press the Review button to open the image gallery.
3. Press-and-hold on the screen; then, drag up or down to scroll through the
image gallery. Locate a video by tapping the Videos icon at the bottom of
the screen.
4. Tap on media to open it in the Review Area.
5. Tap the flag icon. A drop down will appear.
6. Tap the microphone icon to open the Voice Annotations Area.
7. Tap the microphone icon to begin recording. Speak clearly, directly, and
loudly into the microphone located at the lower right corner of the device.
8. Tap the stop icon to stop recording. Saving occurs automatically. Tap the
trash can icon and tap Delete to erase the recording.
9. Press the Back button repeatedly to exit the gallery.
VOICE ANNOTATIONS CANNOT BE EDITED. DELETE OLD VOICE RECORDINGS
BEFORE RECORDING NEW VOICE ANNOTATIONS.
