The use of RELOCATE option is according to clinical judgment (for re-positioning the 
cryoprobe in case additional freezing step is required). 

Note

: You can only use the relocate option twice, thus, the system enables to Freeze only 

3 locations per a given procedure. 

 

Warning 

After Extraction step, before removing the cryoprobe from the tissue, make 
sure that the freeze effect has been deactivated so that the cryoprobe can 
easily be removed from the tissue.

 

Do not force removal of the cryoprobe from the tissue as it might increase 
the risk of tissue damage.  Continue the Extraction step or wait for passive 
thaw until the cryoprobe can be withdrawn easily

.

   

 

 

 

Warning 

Do not press the 

Extraction

 button before the freezing protocol is 

completed, unless you want to shorten the procedure due to clinical 
judgment. Monitor the cryoprobe positioning during Extraction and make 
sure it is still in the target tissue.

 

 

Passive Thaw 

screen appears if the cryoprobe tip is too cold to disconnect the cryoprobe 

from the tissue. Press 

OK

 after the cryoprobe is disconnected from the tissue.
