In the event a gas odor is detected, shut down the unit at the main gas shutoff valve and contact your local gas
supplier from a neighboring location.
Follow the instructions received from the gas supplier immediately and exactly.
STEP 1 – Remove the cooking surface and then change the nozzle:
STEP 2 – Reset the supplied regulator:

1. Using a wrench remove the 300 Nozzle.
2. Carefully pull out the supply tube.
3. Attach the 150 Nozzle.
4. Carefully replace the supply tube and tighten.
5. Remove yellow cap.
6. Unscrew the white plastic seal.
