Indicated for firming up muscles in the arms and bust (Beauty 1), or the legs (Beauty 2); working
mainly on slow-twitch fibres. Duration 29 minutes. Suitable for those who have never done any
physical activity or have been inactive for a long period of time. Method of use:
identify the muscle to be treated. To obtain good results it is best to treat just a few
muscles at a time and complete the process described below;
