Last five values
The software automatically "remembers" the values that were last
introduced in the indexing fields. If the value to be entered in the
field is one of the last 5 values, the user can select the value in the
field list rather than retype it.
To select a value within the last five values:

Right-click on the indexing field to access the list, then select the
required value.
