- generate 1 XML file per document:
<BATCH_PROCESS_PATH>"\"<BATCH_NAME>"\"<DOCU
MENT_NAME>.XML
For more information on how to use formulas, refer to the
section
Configuring the general options .
•
Select the Text separators , Field delimiters and Character
encoding you want to use, then click OK to close the settings.
To generate a CSV index file:
•
Select any of the three options: Produce batch index file ,
Produce document index file and Produce image index file .
The first option creates 1 index file per batch and contains
information about the entire
batch .
The second option creates index files that contain information
about the processed
documents .
The third option creates index files that contain information
about the processed
images .
Note
: the three options can be selected at the same time.
•
Click the Browse buttons to determine in which location the
CSV index files will be stored.
Again, formulas are used to determine the location.
•
Then click the Setup buttons to determine the content the index
files must contain.
