 Operator Manual

Install the hand torch consumables

To operate the hand torch, a complete set of consumable parts must be installed: shield, retaining cap, nozzle, 

electrode, and swirl ring.

With the power switch in the OFF (O) position, install the torch consumables as shown below. 

WARNING

INSTANT-ON TORCHES

PLASMA ARC CAN CAUSE INJURY AND BURNS

The plasma arc comes on im me di ate ly when the torch trigger is activated. Make sure the 

power is OFF before changing consumables.
